Stilwell International Student Exchange Program is a cultural exchange program founded in 1994. We are so named after General Joseph Warren Stilwell. We wish to continue General Stilwell’s legacy of enhancing mutual friendship and cultural understanding between the young generations and people of the two countries. Since our establishment, we have worked to develop varies programs for youth exchange.

Over the past decade, over 6,000 American and Chinese students and teachers have participated in our programs. We are one of the largest
Sino-US education exchange programs operated in China.
